Private Events
host your event at Thee Candle Lab and Perfume Bar for a day or evening of candle making or fragrance blending, food drinks and memories.

What better gift to give yourself and your guests than the shared experience of scent blending and memory making? a truly unforgettable experience that will be talked about and enjoyed long after the event ends.
Our private events include the workshop of your choice, the day and time of your choice,
use of the lounge for food and drinks to commence after the workshop, use of our photo booth
and custom labeled bags reflecting your event. We can tailor a workshop to your needs so pricing does vary.
Event pricing starts at $75 per person, p/t and varies based on the workshop choices. there is a minimum of 8 guests to book a private event for an event with 7 or less the price starts at $600.00.

Events may be subject to a 13% facility fee, if food is brought in,
which is strictly for disinfecting services, clean up and trash disposable after your event.

Tipping is up to the discretion of the guest and is not automatically included.

All events require a deposit of $250 - $500 which is NON-REFUNDABLE but will be taken off of the final invoice. The deposit will hold the date and time that you request. We will follow up with you 14 days prior to your event for a final headcount and to discuss details, at which time the balance of the invoice will be due and no changes can be made thereafter. We do not offer refunds on cancellations.
Mobile Events
We have a 24' mobile Lab that is an elegant addition to any venue for large groups, however, we are more than ready and able to set up a fully immersive candle and perfume bar without it! We will meet your needs whatever they may be. We accommodate corporate events, weddings, showers, birthdays, grand openings, launches and just about any celebration!
We service all states in the us, Mexico and the Caribbean for events.
