Each item is made to order, therefore, production is 5-7 days from the time of the order and shipping time will depend on the method chosen.

Due to the custom nature of our business we do not accept returns or cancellations once the order has gone to production. If you receive your candle and it is damaged, immediately send us a picture and we will rectify the situation. Due to the delicate nature of the product we do recommend taking the shipping insurance.
